RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item/s. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not cover the price of return postage and that it is the customers responsibility to post items back and retain any relevant proof of postage or tracking information.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.  We are unable to accept returns on pierced jewelry items for hygiene reasons.

RETURN PROCESS

Although we cannot offer postage for your return, please fill out the enclosed form you received with your order.  Place the item securely in its original packaging, and post your return via your chosen postage option to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return (within 14 days of purchase date) and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Depending on your payment method, refunds will either be credited back to your payment card, or sent back to the Paypal address used during purchase.  We will email/contact you to confirm when your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made up to 28 days after date of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
